March Madness

Daddy borrowed Rya's chalkboard/magnetic wall to put up the NCAA Bracket with Uncle Pat, it really does look good!

On Rya's 3 month birthday (March 17), we decided to get some new toys out to play with. She loved her new toys, but being a shorty is hard - she can't reach the toys to play them, but likes sitting in them so far :-)

Rya In Utero
Okay so I started work this week and it seems as if I was never off now that I am back. I was looking at some pictures that I had put on my computer while I was pregnant and thought that I would share them.
It seems like it was such a long time ago, but really it will only be 3 months tomorrow. I guess the saying does go "time flies when you are having fun" :-)

Bath with Grandma
While mommy was gone Grandma and Grandfather watched Rya and this is bathtime with Grandma.
My Manatee, Jemp
For Valentine's Day Grammy and Grampy adopted a manatee for Rya. His name is Jemp and you can find out all about him at the bottom of this page. Here is a picture of her with the stuffed animal that they sent.
ChiTown
Rya's first trip to the apartment, the Bean and the Art Institute. (She pretty much slept the entire time :-)
2 Months
On Feb 21 Rya had her 2 month doctors appointment. She weighed 11 lbs 1.5 ozs and was 21.5 inches long. She got her first shots and it was sad because she cried really hard. Her mom and dad didn't like that at all.
